Agnese Ghersi is an attorney at law (“avocat”) and member of the Paris Bar (France) and the Trieste Bar (Italy). Her main areas of expertise include civil law, commercial law and labor law. She provides her clients with legal advice and assists them on litigation matters, on national and transnational situations. She intervenes during the preliminary and pre-litigation phases (context analysis, negotiation and drafting of contracts, performance of duties, amicable settlements, etc.). She evaluates the legal and judicial risks of her clients and defends them before the courts, French as well as Italian.
Benefiting from a binational academic background and from previous experiences in major French and international law firms, Agnese Ghersi combines a rigorous and sharp legal analysis skill with an open and transversal approach. This enables her to bring pragmatic solutions to problems, inter alia cross-border matters, encountered by her clients. Agnese Ghersi is member of the Société de legislation comparée.
Involved in animal protection, she regularly intervenes in animal law. She is a founding member of the association Avocats & Droits de l’animal and a member of the Commission ouverte Animal law within the Paris bar.
